Job description

This is a remote position.

OPEN TO PHILIPPINE RESIDENTS ONLY

Schedule:

  • 20 hours/week
  • 4 hours a day, flexible scheduling within business hours (11 AM - 7 PM Mountain Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with new clients through messaging, texting, and phone support to ensure smooth onboarding

  • Handle general customer inquiries and provide friendly, supportive customer service

  • Manage contract-related administrative work including sending payments and tracking client information

  • Build and send mass emails and manage email communications

  • Support phone lines using the company’s phone application system

  • Assist with general administrative tasks and secretary-type work

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, chatty, and warm personality

  • Ability to work independently and learn new systems quickly

  • Tech-savvy with ability to adapt to various software platforms
