Responsibilities:
Follow up with new clients through messaging, texting, and phone support to ensure smooth onboarding
Handle general customer inquiries and provide friendly, supportive customer service
Manage contract-related administrative work including sending payments and tracking client information
Build and send mass emails and manage email communications
Support phone lines using the company’s phone application system
Assist with general administrative tasks and secretary-type work
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, chatty, and warm personality
Ability to work independently and learn new systems quickly
Tech-savvy with ability to adapt to various software platforms
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying daily tasks
