Job description

• Raise and process purchase orders for materials and equipment
• Compile project documentation
• Assist in streamlining initial gear orders via standardised templates/formulas
• Book travel and accommodation for project staff
• Set up new customers and suppliers within SimPRO
• Support progress claims and light invoicing (approx. 8–12 per month)
• Counting Light fitting Quantities on plans (not essential, but valuable)
• Organise and manage digital project folders, ensuring completeness and accuracy
