Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst who is passionate about data and has a strong analytical background. We are looking for someone that will drive key data-driven processes and decisions, aimed at uncovering new and existing opportunities for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product performance and user behavior data to uncover trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities and shape the product roadmap.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, monitor product health, and communicate insights effectively.
  • Partner with product managers and cross-functional to define requirements, prioritize features, and guide strategy based on data.
  • Communicate findings through compelling presentations and written reports to drive stakeholder alignment.
  • Formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and run A/B tests to measure impact and optimize user experiences.
  • Support the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
  • Serve as the primary analytics partner for your product area, acting as the go-to expert for data-driven decision making.





Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar data analyst role
  • Proficiency level of SQL - must
  • Experience with B2C data
  • You are a great storyteller and communicator and can build fruitful relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • You have experience with A/B testing and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • You have a deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense. You know when to use a single number and when to build a complex forecasting model
  • You are capable of tackling ambiguous problems and challenges
  • You have a passion for making sense of user behavior, using any available methods and a dedicated advocate of a user-centered approach in product development
  • You are a curious, independent and rigorous individual
  • You have the technical skills to perform advanced analytics with large datasets with technologies such as Python, Pandas, R - An advantage
