Summary:

The Product Operations Manager, Specialty HDOL is a new role designed to support the strategically important growth of the Specialty practices at HUB. The Product Operations Manager will report directly to HUB Drive Online Product Manager. HUB Drive Online is a fee-based, Software as a Service digital platform available to HUB Clients with solutions for operational efficiency, risk mitigation and safety improvements. Users include commercial clients across industry segments.

We are seeking an experienced Product Operations Manager for an insurance and risk management client engagement portal.  The candidate will be responsible for managing third party vendors integrated into the dashboard, managing ongoing production and development tasks and working with field sales and operations account managers to assure customer success of the dashboard use.  The candidate will interact with internal IT, marketing, sales and service teams, as well as third party vendors participating in the service delivery. The candidate must be professional, operations management focused, with an eye for detail and experience managing technical deliverables across multi-workstream initiatives. The ideal candidate has a track record of driving success of digital initiatives including experience defining technical requirements and operational workflows which prioritize client experience, testing new development in sandbox environments and working with a squad of developers, QC individuals and product owners.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Manage Integrated third-party vendors connected to the HUB Drive Online solution
  • Manage tasks in roadmap of ongoing customer improvements & solutions
  • Monitor client pipeline and report status to integrated 3rd party vendors
  • Collaborate with external software development vendor to manage ongoing changes & requirements
  • Connect internally with HUB IT for security related enhancements
  • Monitor client integration processes and user queries to assure customer experience and success with HUB Drive Online  
  • Track client feedback and prioritize enhancements alongside large roadmap deliverables
  • Work with internal client representatives to educate, demo and promote platform functionality
  • Work with client users to onboard to platform and work as point person for feedback and client inquiries
  • Document internal processes and build robust procedures for operational processes

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience with digital product, operations or project management
  • Understanding of high-level technical concepts (i.e. API integrations, UI/UX) and ability to discuss technical concepts with developers
  • Prior experience in customer success strategies with digital client interfaces
  • Familiarity with JIRA Software and Agile methodology as tools for digital project management
  • Record of success in digital project delivery, from requirement development to sandbox testing, implementation and client production release

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
