Job description

Job Summary: The Gas Caller’s responsibility is to reach out to current and former members to check in on them and be sure they are ok because they know that the member or former member could be dealing with some things right now and they want to help. The GAS Caller is a relationship builder, a connector, someone who follows up and stays organized. This role is responsible for connecting people to each other and to resources that can help them. It will be the GAS Caller’s responsibility to learn HTM’s resources inside and out and can actively listen and alert us to when they detect someone is unhappy with HTM.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Make 40 hours of G.A.S. Calls weekly

· Connect with 20-30 people per week (minimum)

· Get at least one referral a week

· Generate 40-50 new members per year

· Ability to connect and build relationships.

· Strong ability to follow up and see things through to the end.

· Resourceful.

· Ability to learn all of the resources available and connect people to the right resources.

· Ability to thrive with aggressive sales goals

· Excellent communication skills.

· Great Problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Education and Experience:

· Background in either HR, Sales, Customer Service, Relationship Management, Client Experience

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Travel: Travel may be required for quarterly meetings, workshops, and other events.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are to be determined in conjunction with supervisor. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
