What are we looking for?
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer with strong backend development experience, solid dev-ops practices, and modern frontend capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cloud-native environments, values clean architecture, and can contribute across the entire development lifecycle—from infrastructure to user interface.

What are you expected to do?

• Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript (preferably with NestJS).
• Design secure and efficient authentication workflows using OAuth2.
• Create and maintain databases using MySQL and PostgreSQL, including performance optimization.
• Implement and maintain middleware components like Redis, Elasticsearch, and message queues (e.g., RocketMQ, BullMQ).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Manage containerized environments with Docker and Docker Compose.
• Work hands-on with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM) to deploy and monitor cloud infrastructure.
• Build responsive and component-based frontend applications using React, Redux, and modern tooling like Next.js or Vite.
• Ensure the application is well-structured, tested, and monitored using best practices.

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in full-stack development, especially with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• You have strong knowledge of NestJS (preferred) or HonoJS.
• You have experience working with both relational databases and caching/messaging systems.
• You have hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, and AWS infrastructure.
• You have a strong understanding of frontend development including CSS, responsive design, and component-driven architecture.
• You have an ability to work autonomously and contribute to system design and infrastructure improvements.

We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following:

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress)
• Familiarity with microservice architecture
• Background in building production-grade SaaS products
• Exposure to observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

• There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
• We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
• If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
