The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented Product Analyst who will be responsible for working with internal partners and member owners to advise on targets and execute digital multichannel programs. As part of our end-to-end automation solution, this role will build, test, optimize, maintain, and report post program analysis to credit union member owners and their assigned Velera consultant. Projects will include implementing industry best practice automation processes, leveraging multiple data sources for segmentation and maintenance, and the packaging of findings/recommendations into presentation-ready content.

Day in the Life:

  • Work as a key marketing automation team member to research and define efficiencies aligned Velera and Credit Union business objectives.

  • Own the configuration of the campaign automation programs and execute tactical tasks associated with customized emails, landing pages, social media, and smart campaigns.

  • Manage and execute campaign updates, changes, and customization.

  • Manage B2B & B2C campaign creation and analytics through SAS and Campaign Automation Software, including setting up Campaigns, designing dashboards and monitoring the analytics.

  • Perform in-depth analysis and reporting to provide actionable recommendations.

  • Perform analysis audits to provide recommendations on essential changes to improve data fidelity and segmentation.

  • Provide insight into marketing attribution on opportunities.

  • Keep pace with industry best practices, technologies, and strategies.

  • Provide documentation and training as updates are required to the campaign automation tool and the creatives of the Marketing Campaigns our customers require.

  • Leverage knowledge of data querying and summarization tools to process large databases, to transform raw data into business information that helps clients fulfill strategic objectives.

  • Apply Six Sigma methodologies to streamline all core functions within your role.

  • Maintain work papers, data, plans, methods and results in a way that can be recreated and leveraged as intellectual capital.

  • Create written and verbal communication materials that effectively summarize findings, supports fact-based recommendations and provides appropriate detail to substantiate conclusions.

  • Identify the data, and data sources required to investigate, evaluate and discover insight about credit union portfolios and campaigns.

  • Develop, solidify and maintain strong member/owner relationships by learning more about their organization, culture and goals.

  • Maintain effective communication with other corporate functional areas to attain common goals.

  • Remain current with Visa, MasterCard, FDR and industry products and services and stay abreast of the competitive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, other related field required. 

  • Five (5) years quantitative analysis experience and/or direct credit card experience required, including transaction level pricing and rewards.

  • Two (2) years experience using SAS, SPSS or other data mining/database marketing software preferred. Client service experience preferred.

  • One (1) year of experience with Campaign Automation Software (Adobe Workfront) including building, customizing, delivering campaign programs, and reporting. 

  • Experience with Tableau is preferred.

Pay Equity

$60,500.00

$77,100.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
