CAJAMAR HD Service. This Team Leader position will be responsible for leading the HD team for the customer, CAJAMAR.
The position will be responsible for meeting the availability and SLAs agreed upon with the customer by contract.
Previous experience leading teams, with the ability to motivate and guide.
Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Ability to set and achieve clear goals.
Knowledge of ATM hardware and software.
Proficiency in customer monitoring tools.
Fluency in Microsoft Office.
Spoken and written English.
