Job description

We Are Local Infusion

Local Infusion is a venture-backed healthcare company shaping the way care is delivered to patients with chronic autoimmune diseases on specialty infusion medications. Our focus on patient experience, technology, and clinical integration allows us to deliver a differentiated care model that leads to lower costs for patients and enhanced outcomes. Through a blend of patient-centered design and a people-first team culture, Local Infusion puts the "local feel" of community, comfort and connection back into the patient and provider experience. At our care centers, all patients—and our team—can feel truly supported, every step of the way.

What We’re About

We’re a team of innovators, clinicians, and technologists on a mission to improve outcomes for patients, save time for physicians, and make infusion therapy more affordable for everyone involved. Our mission is to transform the infusion care industry, because patients deserve better.

  • Ownership — Takes initiative, being accountable and caring about the outcome

  • Excellence — Do what it takes to raise the bar, being an example for our colleagues, patients, and partners

  • Curious & Inquisitive — Always seek to gather information and knowledge, and understand the way

  • Find A Way — There will be obstacles, but we find a way, even when there isn’t a defined road forward

  • It’s a Marathon, not a Sprint — We have large problems to solve, and they won’t be solved overnight. We are persistent every day.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Strategic Finance Director to join our growing team. This is a highly impactful role, reporting directly to the SVP of Finance. You'll help drive company performance through reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with teams like RCM, operations, and accounting. If you thrive in a high-growth environment and enjoy turning data into insights that fuel smart decisions, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Support monthly financial close by preparing timely, accurate reports across multiple locations and legal entities

  • Maintain and enhance scalable financial models to support company growth, including forecasting and cash flow projections

  • Partner with the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team to analyze key revenue metrics, payer trends, and reimbursement performance

  • Build recurring financial reporting packages, including P&L variance reports, RCM dashboards, and KPIs for cash collections, gross profit, and unit economics

  • Develop tools to monitor drug expenses, inventory levels, contractual allowances, and payer profitability

  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses for budgeting and strategic planning

  • Assist in short-term liquidity modeling and cash forecasting by tracking inflows and outflows

  • Collaborate with external accounting partners to support reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting

  • Continuously improve reporting processes for scale, transparency, and operational efficiency

  • Use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Sigma) to analyze trends and deliver data-driven insights to internal stakeholders

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 2–4 years of investment banking, Big 4, or strategic finance experience; healthcare or multi-site services preferred

  • Proven background in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Experience with month-end close and financial reporting

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma) is a plus

  • High attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations

  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across departments

  • Position is remote but must reside in Nashville, TN.

The Local Infusion Way

Local Infusion is a respectful and upbeat team united by our mission of reshaping specialty infusion care. We’re ambitious and impact-driven, but we also value balance — expecting that you have time and energy to enjoy your family, friends, and personal interests.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary based on experience

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Short- and long-term disability coverage

  • 401(k) with company match

  • 15 days PTO — and we want you to use them!

  • Paid parental leave and flexible return-to-work policy

Local Infusion is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer. We believe that a more diverse and inclusive team leads to stronger outcomes — for our patients and for each other.
