Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage technical inquiries effectively.
  • Knowledge of home entertainment systems and technologies is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
