  • Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement in service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members and product teams to relay common user issues and suggest beneficial updates.
  • Stay informed about the latest music trends, podcast content, and platform features to provide informed assistance.
  • Foster an engaging and supportive environment for users eager to explore new content.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in digital media or music and podcast platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on enhancing user experience.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer issues with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment while managing multiple inquiries effectively.
