Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in gaming or esports environments.
  • Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for gaming and esports.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage interactions with diverse users.
  • Familiarity with gaming communities, platforms, and support software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment while staying organized and productive.
