• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to build strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in the luxury market and product offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
