Our diverse team, representing 14 nationalities and speaking 6 languages, is dedicated to improving the student and landlord experience. We aim to make finding a room as easy as booking a flight.

Do you want to make a difference? Join our team as a Customer Experience Intern and become a key player in delivering outstanding support to our community!

💡 In this position, you’ll be the go-to person for addressing inquiries, identifying problems, and offering clear, helpful solutions.

📝 You’ll be responsible for keeping our internal systems updated with support interactions, creating and maintaining help tickets to track customer journeys.

🔄 Flexibility is essential - we might propose shifts in focus or projects depending on evolving needs, and your openness to adapt will help us stay agile and efficient.

🤝 You’ll also help coordinate communication with landlords, stepping in when needed and ensuring they are connected with the right team member for extra support.
