Position Overview: The SAP ERP Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing the company and/or business unit functions, processes, and activities to optimize technology-based business applications. This role focuses on the effective use of resources, including money, materials, equipment, and personnel, within the SAP ERP system. The Specialist will support management's strategic initiatives and performance improvement goals by reviewing and analyzing information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures. The Specialist will recommend and implement business solutions and improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Management:
   • Accurately enter and manage data within the SAP ERP system.
   • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all modules of the ERP.
   • Perform regular data audits and clean-ups to maintain high data quality.
2. Implementation:
   • Lead the implementation of SAP ERP modules, ensuring alignment with business processes.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design solutions.
   • Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
   • Configure and customize the SAP ERP system to meet specific business requirements.
3. Training:
   • Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation for end-users.
   • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees to ensure effective use of the SAP ERP system.
   • Provide ongoing support and refresher training as needed.
4. Problem Solving:
   • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP ERP system.
   • Act as the primary point of contact for SAP ERP-related queries and problems.
   • Work with SAP support and technical teams to resolve complex issues and implement enhancements.
   • Analyze system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
5. Continuous Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
   • Stay updated with the latest SAP ERP trends, updates, and best practices.
   • Participate in system upgrades and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and procedures.
   • Generate regular reports and analytics to monitor system performance and business metrics.
   • Provide clear and concise updates to management and stakeholders on project progress and system status.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of industry experience with SAP ERP implementation and support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to ERP systems.
• Excellent data entry and management skills.
• Exceptional training and communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP certification is a plus.
• Good familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
