What We Are Looking For:
A driven and mission focused Angel Tree Christmas Program Manager to create a positive and productive experience for our church partners. This role focuses on understanding the needs of churches and coordinators to implement a well-run and well-resourced Christmas program. This is done through working closely with IT to ensure that all digital applications are operating correctly and efficiently, as well as through customer support.

Expectations of This Role:

  • Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
  • Improve and maintain digital tools used in the implementation of the Christmas program, including but not limited to the Angel Tree app, digital registration and background checks
  • Test and support new IT initiatives and program improvements to ensure full usability
  • Provide data monitoring and maintenance across Salesforce and Angel Base platforms to ensure optimal church experience and clean data
  • Serve as checkpoint for incoming data related to church programs
  • Provide customer support to ensure timely ticket resolution 
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in program management, digital user experience, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or other relevant area or equivalent coursework and related experience
  • Intermediate+ Salesforce, MS Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, UI design, internet and databases 
  • Sound knowledge of content and digital communications, process management, data analysis and reporting, UI design
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. This role requires technical communication expertise to collaborate with developers, enhance digital tools, and explain platforms to non-technical users
  • This is a remote/work from home position with an up to 10% travel component

Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $62,000 and $70,000.
