This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 20 hours per week (M-F, 1pm to 5pm) (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Manila Time)

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage and transcribe dictations from the director, ensuring accuracy in technical accounting terminology
  • Handle email communications efficiently, prioritizing and responding to inquiries
  • Assist with personal administrative tasks for the director, enhancing overall productivity
  • Schedule appointments and make calls on behalf of the firm
  • Type up documents from verbal instructions, maintaining attention to detail
  • Provide general administrative support, adapting to the daily needs of the business
  • Collaborate directly with the company director, gaining insights into high-level business operations

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to understand and use technical accounting terms
  • Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 40-45 words per minute
  • Strong organizational abilities and effective time management
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with standard office software and email management tools
