Job Description
We’re seeking a strategic Social Media Specialist to take full ownership of our multi-platform content operations and drive our digital presence to new heights. You’ll be responsible for transforming our extensive podcast content and video libraries into engaging social media campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. This role combines creative content creation with strategic planning, requiring someone who can think beyond basic scheduling to innovate with existing assets and optimize for maximum engagement. You’ll work directly with leadership to scale our digital marketing efforts while having the creative freedom to implement your own strategic vision for content growth and audience development.

Responsibilities
  • Transform bi-weekly podcast episodes into compelling social media content across multiple platforms
  • Create eye-catching graphics and visual content that drives engagement and brand awareness
  • Take full ownership of social media channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to optimize content creation and streamline workflows
  • Craft strategic copy that incorporates SEO best practices and drives audience action
  • Edit dynamic short-form videos using CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Premiere Pro
  • Manage end-to-end podcast distribution across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube
  • Develop and execute comprehensive content scheduling strategies across all platforms
  • Analyze and repurpose extensive existing content libraries to maximize marketing value
  • Innovate new approaches to content strategy and audience growth initiatives

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully growing social media channels with specific metrics
  • Advanced proficiency with video editing software including CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Premiere Pro
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools and content management platforms
  • Strong copywriting abilities with solid understanding of SEO optimization principles
  • Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools, particularly ChatGPT
  • Strategic mindset with ability to think beyond execution to drive innovation and growth
  • Proven ability to manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously while maintaining quality
