Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EDT
Total Weekly Hours: 35+ hours

They are hiring a Social Media Marketing Assistant to help run and improve social media, branding, and lead generation campaigns. This role involves managing content calendars, creating graphics and videos, and supporting marketing funnels. It's a great fit for someone creative, tech-savvy, and eager to drive growth through smart marketing strategies.


Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

  • Design eye-catching graphics and branded visuals using Canva or equivalent tools

  • Edit and produce engaging videos using tools like CapCut

  • Create and optimize ClickFunnels landing pages for lead generation and conversion

  • Write persuasive, on-brand copy for social media posts, funnels, and campaigns

  • Develop and manage email marketing workflows, drip campaigns, and CRM sequences

  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gamma to support content workflows

  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and marketing materials

  • Execute organic outreach strategies to build awareness and generate leads

  • Track performance metrics and contribute to optimization strategies

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support company growth goals


Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media management with measurable success

  • Strong design portfolio showcasing creative and strategic visual content

  • Proficiency in Canva and other content creation/design tools

  • Experience with ClickFunnels or similar sales/marketing funnel platforms

  • Skilled in email marketing setup and CRM campaign management

  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills

  • Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Understanding of real estate industry trends (preferred but not required)

  • Confidence using AI tools for automation and content creation

  • High attention to detail and time management in a remote setting
