Job description

This is a remote position.


Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Sydney Time with 1 hour unpaid break.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own the full estimating process from takeoff to final pricing
  • Develop and implement estimating and contract administration processes and systems
  • Manage contract administration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate directly with clients, suppliers, and trades
  • Create and maintain project documentation and contracts
  • Handle supplier follow-ups and provide regular client updates
  • Oversee project management aspects of awarded contracts
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve business processes
  • Provide strategic input for business development and growth

Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction estimating within Australia
  • Strong background in contract administration
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience in creating and implementing business processes
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Engineering background preferred
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software
  • Track record of successful project delivery
  • Experience in residential construction preferred
