Job description

This is a remote position.

Client is seeking two seasoned Sr. Agile Coaches to lead and support enterprise-level Agile transformation efforts. This is a net new role designed to drive strategic change, coach Agile teams, and elevate Agile maturity across the organization.

Requirements

6–8 years of Agile experience, including enterprise coaching & transformation
Strong track record with Scrum and Kanban frameworks
Proven ability to influence change and align strategy with execution
Deep understanding of Agile metrics, roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration
