Currently, we are searching for a ServiceNow IRM Training and Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join our team in a 100% remote capacity.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver end-user training materials tailored to various stakeholder groups across the organization, including SMEs, risk owners, compliance managers, and executives.
  • Create engaging instructional content using multiple delivery formats (e.g., instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, eLearning).
  • Design and implement a structured OCM strategy to drive adoption and minimize resistance to new IRM workflows and platform functionality.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness evaluations.
  • Partner with project managers, ServiceNow developers, and business process owners to ensure alignment between training/OCM and overall project goals.
  • Develop and manage a communication plan to keep users informed and engaged throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Identify and track adoption KPIs, and adjust strategies based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Support go-live readiness and post-launch stabilization efforts with training refreshers, office hours, and user support resources.
  • Serve as a liaison between the technical teams and the business, translating platform capabilities into user-centric value propositions.

 

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Communications, Business, or related field, preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management and training delivery, preferably in large-scale IT or GRC implementations.
  • Hands-on experience supporting ServiceNow implementations, with specific exposure to the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) suite.
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and adult learning principles.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical content in business-friendly language.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Experience working in regulated environments or with risk and compliance programs.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow IRM modules such as Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
  • Proficiency with training tools such as Articulate, Captivate, WalkMe, or similar digital adoption platforms.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Fundamentals, IRM Implementation) are a plus.
  • Regular and predictable attendance
