About the Role
You’ll be the vital link between students, trainers, and administrators—driving engagement, supporting progress, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Support RTO compliance with National VET standards, ASQA, and State Funding Agreements.
Drive student engagement strategies to support progression and success.
Provide administrative support to trainers and stakeholders, maintaining high service standards.
Identify and contact students at risk of disengagement, providing positive support.
Maintain accurate enrolment and administration records.
Communicate effectively with students via phone, email, and learning management systems.
Contribute to a positive student experience while building the client's brand.
Requirements
About YOU
At least 3 years of experience in administration or student support within an RTO environment.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal.
Knowledge of ASQA requirements and VET frameworks (AVETMISS, AQF).
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and student management systems (aXcelerate, Cloud Assess, etc.).
