About the Role

This is your chance to get hands-on with loan processing, client management, and financial documentation in a supportive remote environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update client information in relevant systems.
  • Coordinate progress payments during the construction loan process.
  • Facilitate discharge processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, referrers, and financial institutions.


Requirements
About YOU
  • A recent grad or someone with up to 2 years’ experience in finance, mortgage broking, or a similar field.
  • Super organized, with an eye for detail.
  • A clear communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook, Apply Online, and Broker Engine (or ready to learn!).
  • Able to work independently and manage your time like a pro.
