Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re seeking a commercially minded, data-driven Growth Marketing Lead with a proven track record of accelerating business growth in B2B environments. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands what it takes to grow a service-based business – and is ready to make their mark. You won’t be waiting for direction; you’ll be leading the charge. It is a pivotal role for an ambitious professional who thrives on driving measurable business growth through data-driven decision-making and exceptional ownership. You will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a permanent, full-time, remote 8am to 5pm position. 

As Growth Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for driving pipeline, nurturing leads through the funnel, and supporting conversion through compelling messaging and targeted campaigns. Working closely with the CEO and collaborating with internal and external resources, you’ll bring clarity, momentum and results to our growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Leadership
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business growth strategies aligned with company objectives

  • Drive revenue generation through systematic identification and pursuit of new business opportunities

  • Take ownership of growth metrics and KPIs, reporting directly to the CEO on performance and strategic initiatives

B2B Marketing Excellence
  • Design and implement sophisticated client segmentation strategies with targeted key messaging

  • Create compelling top-of-funnel (TOF), middle-of-funnel (MOF), and bottom-of-funnel (BOF) content with effective calls to action

  • Craft persuasive B2B copy that converts prospects into clients across multiple channels and touchpoints

  • Retention marketing implementation for a large base of existing clients

Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising
  • Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to maximise ROI

  • Demonstrate expertise in LinkedIn marketing, utilising both organic and paid strategies to generate leads

  • Build and nurture communities through strategic social media engagement and content marketing across various channels. 

Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Leverage data analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimise marketing performance

  • Utilise CRM systems to track customer journeys and improve conversion rates

  • Implement email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth

Team Leadership & Supplier Management
  • Lead and develop a small, high-performing team that delivers measurable results. 

  • Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure delivery excellence and results. 

  • Support service delivery teams with strategic communication initiatives



Requirements
Essential Requirements
Professional Experience
  • Worked in an SME environment, not solely corporate

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business growth in B2B environments

  • Experience in growing BtoC communities (second target market) - LinkedIn, Instagram. Facebook, TikTok, YouTube

  • Demonstrable experience managing successful paid advertising campaigns with clear growth metrics you can share 

  • Experience leading small teams and managing external suppliers

  • Background in service-based business operations

Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn marketing (both organic and paid)

  • Expert knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systems

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive business decisions

  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing tools and technologies

  • Analytical prowess: Meta, Google, Other Analytic tools

  • Experience with CRM tools

Core Competencies
  • Exceptional B2B copywriting abilities that drive sales conversions

  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation and targeted messaging

  • Proven ability to develop effective funnel strategies across all stages of the customer journey

  • Strong project management and organisational skills

  • Excellence in English grammar
