Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Knowledge Base Associate Customer Education Manager to join our team. This role involves creating and maintaining high-quality articles for our knowledge base, ensuring consistency and clarity across all documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent writing skills, and the ability to develop scalable processes for our technical engineers to follow when requesting new articles.

Responsibilities:

As an Associate Customer Education Manager, you will be responsible for writing, editing, and maintaining technical articles, ensuring they are accurate, clear, and consistent. You will collaborate with technical engineers to understand complex concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation. Additionally, you will develop and implement scalable processes for technical engineers to follow when requesting new articles, ensuring uniformity and efficiency. Your role will also involve reviewing and revising existing documentation to improve readability, accuracy, and adherence to established guidelines. We have roughly 5,500 articles in our system so finding opportunities to leverage AI and other processes will be critical.

  • You will work closely with technical engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure documentation meets user needs

  • Maintaining an organized and accessible repository of technical articles will be crucial, ensuring easy retrieval and reference

  • Furthermore, you will provide training and support to technical engineers on best practices for documentation requests and contributions

  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent written communication skills, and proven experience in developing and implementing scalable processes and workflows

  • You should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are essential, as is the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions to improve documentation processes

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Asana, and other content management systems is also preferred
