About the team:
Our team supports eBay’s warehouse operations by building integrated and efficient tools for warehouse operators. We support eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee program which is a service that allows expert authenticators to physically inspect eligible items before they are shipped to buyers. We also support technology in fulfillment facilities that focus on trading cards and sports memorabilia across multiple companies including Goldin and TCGPlayer. In our fulfillment centers, we focus on delivering high quality technology that can support large-scale operations and high value items.
Job Description:
The Authentication Tech team focuses on the end-to-end tech experience for our warehouse operators. The aim is to build scalable, operationally efficient, and innovative tools to empower our teams. Our primary stakeholders are business partners, warehouse operators, and technical partner teams at eBay. The tools built by this team will enable the business and future growth across eBay’s most important categories.
As a Manager on the Authenticity Technology team, you will lead a team of product managers responsible for both mobile and web platforms utilized in our warehouses. You will be responsible for delivering on the technology required to achieve the vision and business goals of our stakeholders. You will own and execute on the roadmap of projects and features for our warehouse operations tools.
Responsibilities:
Craft a Product Strategy & Vision. Own the vision and strategy of enhancements across a portfolio of products for our warehouse operators. Develop a data-driven approach to problem-solving for frontline operators that aligns with business goals.
Lead a world-class product team. Grow and empower a team of product managers that prioritizes their growth and skillsets.
Drive Roadmap and Outcomes. Own and deliver a roadmap for the technology platforms used in our fulfillment centers that meets the needs of the business and operational stakeholders with an eye toward future capabilities and scale
Establish support processes for our warehouses. Ensure that the operators are heard by incorporating direct feedback into iterations of the tech and establishing systems that would allow for their reporting of bugs and issues for hundreds of global users.
Break down barriers for the team. Willing to dive “into the weeds” and work through key details with product managers, engineers, and designers in order to unblock and guide the team.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with a focus on B2B tools or Warehouse Management Systems
Experience managing multiple complex, multi-phase strategic products in parallel, with a range of stakeholders and teams responsible for execution
Experience working closely with Operations or in Operations, with a developed understanding of possible painpoints and scalability of processes in a warehouse environment
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Human Computer Interaction, Operations, or Design preferred
Data analysis experience and skill (SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel)
Experience in ecommerce, fulfillment, or distribution
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead meetings and drive agenda with both internal team members and external collaborators

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$174,400 - $232,800Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
