We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Assistant to join our team in a fully remote, full time position. This is a detail-oriented role suited to someone with strong administrative experience in a production setting, ideally within bricks and mortar or online retail.

The Role

You will play a key role in tracking seasonal critical paths, supporting communication across the supply chain, and ensuring accurate and timely product updates across systems. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain seasonal critical path and Master PO tracking
Liaise with Operations, Warehouse, Marketing and Content teams to provide accurate updates on product ETAs and range status
Support the maintenance and distribution of Back in Stock reports
Assist with onboarding new suppliers and ensuring compliance with internal processes
Coordinate pre- and post-production testing in accordance with Australian and international standards
Organise third party quality control checks and support with product approvals, faults, and returns in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
Ensure rug care documentation is accurate and aligned with customer experience programmes, including updates to the PIM portal
Manage product composition and attribute data within the PIM system
Assist in maintaining the supplier quality board and contribute to product quality discussions
Regularly update Monday.com with PO statuses, key dates, and any necessary changes

Required Skills and Attributes:

Strong administrative experience within a production, supply chain or retail environment (bricks and mortar or online)
Familiarity with tracking critical paths, communicating with suppliers, and supporting quality control processes
Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident working with systems such as Monday.com and PIM platforms
Comfortable handling data, reports, and workflow updates with accuracy and attention to detail
A collaborative and reliable team member who enjoys supporting a wide range of stakeholders
Energetic, adaptable, and willing to take initiative with a hands-on approach to problem solving
Whilst in-depth technical knowledge in the rug category is not essential, we are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
