Strada's Global Advisory team is dedicated to supporting our customers on their HR & Payroll journeys. The Senior Consultant is responsible for leveraging strong leadership and problem-solving skills to lead large-scale projects that deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI. Our focus is on transforming our organization into data-driven consultants to positively impact client retention, and revenue growth.
As a Senior Consultant, a typical day could include the following:
· Leading or supporting large-scale projects that align with client and internal goals, delivering data-driven actionable insights and solutions to our largest and most complex clients.
· Effectively utilizing Six Sigma and Agile methodology, coupled with a strong data analytics skill set, to identify opportunities that will propel our business forward.
· Influencing and leading internal and external/client counterparts, as well as Business leaders and Executives, to deliver improved business results.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your skills to achieve our capabilities:
· Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives and collaborate with colleagues and leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving processes, experience, or services.
· Value Realization: Provide guidance to establish strong governance routines and deliver detailed value analytics, articulating the benefits of customer investments and adjusting approaches as needed.
· Customer Success: Utilize customer feedback to enhance relationships and ensure Strada helps clients achieve their goals.
· Stabilization Strategies: Analyze and develop strategies to stabilize teams, ensuring Strada meets contractual obligations, fulfills commitments, and maintains healthy client relationships.
· Renewal Playbook: Proactively collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to create and implement renewal strategies aimed at retaining customers, reducing compression, and proposing new offerings that align with customer goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Advanced consulting, analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills to execute and deliver desired outcomes
· Decisive thought leader with ability to influence others, both client and internal partners, to move toward a common vision or goal
· Expert ability to conduct primary and secondary root cause analysis to drive innovation and results
· Ability to prioritize complex work and quickly adapt to change, while meeting deadlines
· Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written); must have outstanding presentation development and delivery skills to effectively “tell the story” and influence key stakeholders
· Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
· Innovative thinker will utilize Six Sigma and Agile methodology to drive development of new solutions and evolve existing solutions.
Education and Certifications
· Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
· Six Sigma and Agile Certification desired but not required.
Work Experience
· 7+ years of professional work experience in Human Resources Outsourcing or related field
· Minimum 3 years consulting experience or applicable experience in client-facing delivery role
