Who we are looking for:

  • Experienced: 2+ years of MIG & TIG welding experience and can read & interpret technical drawings accurately.
  • Detail-oriented: Maintains high precision and takes pride in clean, accurate fabrication work.
  • Growth-minded: Eager to learn new skills and improve through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.
  • Team-oriented: Communicates, works humbly, and supports shared goals on the shop floor.
  • Professional: Dependable, clean-cut, and focused on building a long-term career in a high-performance environment.
  • Troubleshooter: Able to think critically, solve problems on the fly, and adapt to the needs of complex custom projects.
  • Active: Must lift up to 75 pounds and stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Must have steel-toed shoes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read & interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to guide custom fabrication projects.
  • Cut, bend, shape, assemble, & weld metal components with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Fabricate custom parts and assemblies, including spiral staircases, ladders, ADA-compliant railings, architectural stairs, and other one-of-a-kind builds.
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Operate fabrication equipment and precision tools to complete tasks to specification.
  • Collaborate with the shop foreman and team to ensure high-quality, on-time production.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while following lean manufacturing processes.
  • Adapt to various projects based on skill level, interests, and company needs.
  • Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Work full-time hours from 5:45 AM to 4:30 PM.
