Alteryx is searching for a Sr. RevOps Business Partner. This position is remote-friendly.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced GTM operations business partner with management experience to report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations. You will be responsible for revenue operations for Sales Engineering (SE) & part of Customer Experience/Professional Services (CX/PS) with the potential to lead both functions & our Global Alliance & Channel (GAC).
The ideal candidate is expected to be able to work strategically and effectively to ensure success across Alteryx’s Global SE & CX/PS organizations. You must be someone who continuously looks to improve and optimize processes & systems that support and accelerate the GTM team. You have experience leading global teams across GTM and are data-driven. You are able to discern insights from data to optimize operations and inform GTM strategy. You have strong business acumen, outstanding communication skills, top-notch data analytics abilities, and strong attention to detail.
You will operate in a fast-paced environment. You are a self-starter and highly organized. You have a passion for processes and driving positive change in the organization. You will collaborate closely with the SE & CX/PS organizations, as well as align with the other GTM functions on operations and strategy.
Primary Responsibilities:
Own the Business Partnering relationship with the SVP in SE & align with another leader in CX.
Own and “rhythm of the business”.
Identify, define & lead projects that drive business & operational improvements & efficiencies.
Own functional strategy with the SVPs and RevOps Strategy teams.
Support business planning; including targets for bookings, headcount, quota and related investment plans in partnership with other Revenue Operation’s teams.
Create & support exec level presentations such as QBRs.
Reporting and analysis: provide various forms of business performance analysis and reporting to the key stakeholders; identify additional reporting and analysis needs, and work with the various systems and cross-functional Operations teams to develop the appropriate reporting or dashboard solutions; extend where possible to enable self-service solutions for Field representatives.
Business and Technical Business Process Workflow: analyzing, developing and refining business process workflows within different sales segments: work with appropriate departments to develop required tools and documentation.
Monitor budgets in conjunction with Finance. Analyze and implement opportunities for optimizing expenses.
Qualifications:
Past experience in a Sales/Solutions Engineering, Alliance & Channel, and/or Customer Experience/Professional Services Revenue Operations role. Consulting background welcomed with demonstratable experience.
Minimum 5+ years functional experience in operations or related role (preferably in the B2B technology space), including 2+ years of management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, GainSight, Financial Force) and advanced Excel/Alteryx/Tableau/etc. skills for data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills and experience working in a matrixed environment.
Compensation:
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in the United States is $160,000 - $200,000.
Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, such as a bonus or commission, medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
