This is a hybrid role that combines day-to-day IT leadership, service management practices, and – for those with the drive – the opportunity to evolve into business unit ownership.

IT Leadership Responsibilities
You’ve led internal IT before — you know what it takes to keep systems running, teams aligned, and business users supported. That’s exactly what we need you to own here.
Own and manage Hiflylabs’ internal IT infrastructure, including assets, access, and security.
Lead, grow, and mentor the internal IT team.
Develop and maintain IT policies, documentation, and internal processes.
Ensure availability and compliance of local and cloud systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to support technical needs across the company.
Preferred: Service Management Mindset
If you’ve delivered structured IT services directly into external client environments — including SLAs, support processes, and performance metrics — then that’s exactly the mindset we’re looking for.
If you bring this, here’s what we’d trust you to take ownership of:
Apply service-oriented thinking to external IT operations.
Independently write service proposals for external clients, including scope definitions, SLA structures, and pricing components.
Manage SLA-based support processes, performance tracking (KPIs), and reporting.
Coordinate incident, problem, and change management workflows.
Serve as a key contact for clients in managed service contexts.
Bonus: Business Unit Ownership
If you’re ready to take it even further — to build and lead a scalable business unit — there’s room for that too.
Plan and monitor team capacity and profitability within the service unit.
Lead resource planning, proposal creation, and team development.
Support pre-sales activities and contribute to the service roadmap.
Help shape the strategy behind a growing managed IT service offering.
Must-Have
Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT leadership experience.
Strong technical background in infrastructure, cloud (e.g. Azure), and security.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Hungarian and English (written and spoken).
Preferred
2–3 years of experience in IT Service Management, ideally client-facing.
Familiarity with ITIL or similar service frameworks.
Experience reporting and dashboarding service performance.
Experience writing proposals and managing service scope, SLAs, and pricing.
Bonus
Interest in business unit ownership and service line growth.
Exposure to P&L responsibilities or internal cost/pricing structures.
Strategic mindset and ability to scale managed IT services.
