ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Reservations Agent, you will be part of our team supporting corporate clients, group bookings, and individual requests. You’ll handle enquiries primarily via email and phone, ensuring a smooth and professional booking process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment and enjoys contributing to seamless guest experiences without working directly at the front desk.

  • Handle incoming corporate and group enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and send tailored offers using our online quotation tools
  • Process and manage guest lists for large group bookings, ensuring accuracy and clear communication
  • Liaise closely with Guest Support, Revenue Management, and Finance to ensure consistent and accurate information flow
  • Maintain updated records in our reservation and CRM systems
