Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier customer support in German, helping customers navigate inquiries related to smart home technology products and services.
  • Assist customers with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of smart devices to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining thorough records in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team and other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Stay informed on the latest smart home technology trends, product updates, and best practices to provide informed support.
  • Engage with customers proactively, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions to enhance their smart home experience.
  • Participate in training and development programs to continually improve service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong command of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in technology or smart home industry, is highly beneficial.
