Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch to clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
• Communicate effectively the brand's story and product offerings to enrich customer experiences.
• Handle inbound inquiries, process orders, and ensure excellent post-sales service.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Stay current with market trends and product developments to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A valid EU passport.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in luxury brands.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on creating memorable customer experiences.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Genuine interest in luxury brands and an understanding of the luxury market.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed for business demands.
