Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch to clients of a renowned luxury brand.
• Effectively communicate product details and brand stories to enhance customer engagement.
• Manage customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure comprehensive after-sales support.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to foster strong customer relationships and drive brand loyalty.
• Stay informed about the latest luxury market trends and product offerings to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to adapt quickly to a new environment and work independently.
• Genuine enthusiasm for luxury brands and an understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
