Job description

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Agent with advanced English skills to conduct cold calls and schedule sales calls for our closing team. This role is ideal for individuals with previous experience in phone-based sales, customer service, and a strong command of the English language, looking for competitive pay and remote work flexibility.

Requirements:

Must have:

  • 1+ years of experience
  • English C1 (fluent)
  • Sales experience
  • Customer Service
  • Cold Calling
  • Knowledge in computer
  • Must have own equipment (computer, cellphone, headset, stable internet)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in logistics and shipping

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make cold calls in English to prospects in international markets.
  • Schedule follow-up calls for the sales closing team.
  • Log and track activities using a CRM or other assigned tools.
  • Meet daily calling and conversion targets.
  • Provide input on improving scripts and outreach processes.

Work time:

  • Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm ET Time Zone
