Job Title: Case Manager
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2250 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We're seeking a self-starting and highly organized Case Manager to support day-to-day case operations. You'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining documentation, and communicating with clients and partners. No legal training is required; we value problem-solvers with great communication skills and a commitment to learning on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to client communications promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and coordinate calendars, schedules, and task lists.
  • Support case preparation by managing documents and timelines.
  • Communicate with court staff or administrative agencies for scheduling and record handling.
  • Assist with obtaining and organizing insurance and medical records.
  • Keep digital case files and systems up to date and organized.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned cases.


Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Adobe.
  • Self-directed and reliable in a remote work environment.
  • Fast and stable internet connection.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Familiarity with legal case workflows (even if not directly in law firms).
  • Prior work experience with U.S.-based teams or agencies like LegalSoft or GetStaffedUp.
  • Experience managing communication with external institutions (e.g., courts, agencies).
