Overview

In your role within sales and business development, you’ll play a key role in driving the company’s growth. Your main objectives will include generating new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and securing staffing contracts for both offshore and local needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and refine internal processes to streamline sales and business development operations.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in need of ERP recruitment and staffing solutions.
  • Leverage your network to identify and connect with potential clients and industry contacts.
  • Present and promote our staffing services to potential clients, emphasizing the advantages of partnering with us.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients and candidates.
  • Track and manage sales activities, leads, and opportunities using HubSpot.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record of success with 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the ERP industry or staffing.
  • Ability to conduct intake calls across various time zones as needed.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or other related CRM tools.
