They are seeking a skilled Litigation Associate with a strong background in Civil Litigation and Bankruptcy. This role offers the opportunity to handle high-stakes litigation matters, including lender litigation and judicial foreclosures, while providing strategic solutions to complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Civil Litigation: Manage all stages of litigation in state and federal courts.
Bankruptcy: Relief from stay motions.

Alternative Dispute Resolution: Guide clients through arbitration, mediation, and negotiation.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $170K - $200K (Based on experience) + Discretionary Annual Bonus.
