Lead Product Consultant

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills-

18+ years of experience in software development, project execution, and cross-functional team management.

Technical skills : SQL Server, Oracle, C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Azure CI/CD pipeline, PowerShell, Power BI, Python. Experience in Azure Boards/JIRA/Confluence a plus

Functional skills: Insurance Annuities domain with FAST Admin Platform

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional production support team, manage incident resolution across key business applications leveraging FAST (Verisk) Annuity platform.

Ensure SLAs, track KPIs and service levels for the team.

Optimize resolution processes and enhance system uptime. Build automation tools and reusable assets

Design and maintain performance metrics and dashboards leveraging tools such as Power BI.

Generate and optimize SQL queries in Oracle and SQL Server to deliver ad-hoc or scheduled reports for providing business insights

Salary Range- $150,000-$190,000 a year
