The
Loan Quality Specialist I will perform all steps in the funding held offering (previously referred to as “compliance”) process. This position requires expertise in processing, funding, and management of held offerings. Accuracy and understanding of Origence Lending Services (OLS) program guidelines are essential to the success of the position. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external clients.
What You Will Do
Held Offering Management
- Verify required documents are included in funding package and complete associated tasks such as rebooking vehicles, reviewing calculations, reading all notes, and reviewing credit reports.
- Compare application information with system information and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure the names of applicants, credit union and dealership listed on the contract match the system.
- Verify all required signatures are complete.
- Verify all added product amounts are within approved guideline limits and proper forms are completed.
- Verify applicant income and vehicle value discrepancies are within approval guidelines.
- Initiate and complete re-approval of application when required.
- Verify all stipulations are satisfied.
- Input Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) into system.
- Input all contract information into required screens.
- Verify all calculations are accurate, correct input errors.
- Notify dealership of missing information via written communication and outbound calls.
- Notify credit unions of exceptions, approvals, and escalations.
- Understand and incorporate associated regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Communication
- Ensure all communication (internal, external, oral, written) is managed in a professional manor.
- Communicate all issues, production or otherwise and escalate, as necessary.
- Collaborate to resolve client and internal support issues both within OLS and Origence teams.
- Professionally communicate processing errors found within held offering management to leadership.

Education
The ideal candidate:
- High School education required
Experience
- Experience working in an auto/lending service environment preferred.
- One to Two years Credit Union or OLS processing experience.
- Solid understanding of lending and loan processing procedures.
- Versatile in Indirect and Direct credit union loans.
Specialized Skills
- Work independently with a high-level of initiative.
- Excellent oral, written, presentation and analytical skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines and established goals.
- Specialized problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

The starting hourly range for this full-time position in Greenwood Village, CO is $17.70 - $22.12 an hour. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program. Under company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals. Bonuses are awarded at company’s discretion on an individual basis.
