JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Two (2) years of experience must include: IFRS; ISA; U.S. GAAP; U.S. GAAS; ASC 820; SOX Section 404; COSO framework; and PCAOB 2501.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
Up to 10% travel to various domestic locations per business need.

Responsibilities: Execute the day-to-day activities of audit engagements for clients, including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants. Identify and communicate potential issues and opportunities for audit efficiencies. Coordinate the day-to-day activities of audits and ensure efficient information flow from clients to audit teams. Design audit approaches and procedures in accordance with relevant regulatory professional auditing and assurance standards. Stay current on developments in accounting literature, including those specific to assigned industries.
