Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking an experienced caregiver to join our team in Atlanta/Buckhead. This is a part-time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical industry. The caregiver will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to seniors in Conyers, Georgia. This individual contributor role will require the caregiver to work 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule. Compensation & Benefits:

The caregiver will receive a competitive hourly pay ranging from $13 to $16, depending on experience. The caregiver will also be paid on a weekly basis. Additionally, the caregiver will have access to on-going training and support from our experienced staff and opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to seniors in need, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Remainder of medications and monitor medical conditions
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Engage in meaningful activities with clients to promote mental and physical stimulation
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Follow care plans and document all care provided accurately and in a timely manner
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a caregiver, preferably working with seniors
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
