Responsibilities

Financial Services Cloud development and solution architecture design
Attention to detail and accountability for delivering on time and to specification
Collaboration and communication in an agile environment with cross-functional teams
Address and resolve development challenges
Mentor and guide the development team while facilitating alignment between stakeholders

Requirements

Ability to work 3 days per week from the office in Malvern PA, Carrollton, TX or Charlotte, NC
Expertise in Financial Services Cloud development with hands-on experience
Proven experience in Code Review and Solution Design, ensuring high-quality, scalable outcomes
Proficiency with Copado Test Automation, DevOps Tool for streamlined testing and deployment processes
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and add technical notes to user stories for clear communication
Expertise in implementing best practices in design and development to guide and manage the development team effectively
Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to define and finalize story details before development begins
Plan and actively participate in Integration Testing, ensuring seamless functionality across components
Salesforce Architect certifications required
