Mission: The Engineering Support Offload Coordinator is dedicated to several shops based in US and has two main missions. The first is to support engineering activities to ensure the successful completion of shop visits. The second mission is to support the industrialization of the offload shops. Key Responsibilities: Engineering Support for Shop Visits - Analyze work scope and propose improvements based on prior experience - Collaborate with Engine Owners and Fleet Technical Managers to evolve work scope requirements - Develop bench instruction sheets to facilitate repair processes - Provide technical support to offload shops, addressing inquiries and challenges - Identify and formalize technical strategies that enhance shop performance in terms of cost, quality, and turnaround time Industrialization Engineering Support - Implement general industrialization approaches for offload partners - Manage the CFM Leap engine industrialization plan to optimize production efficiency - Monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational success - Participate in product reviews, ensuring alignment with industry best practices - Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives by managing RETEX and best practice exchanges
