Network - Innovation Lead /Technical Lead

Experience in development and execution of innovation strategies that align with company goals and market trends.

Experience in Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and opportunities.

Experience in managing a pipeline of innovative projects, ensuring they are feasible and aligned with business needs.

Experience in design and architecting innovative solutions, considering scalability, performance, and reliability.

Must facilitate brainstorming and creative thinking sessions to generate innovative ideas.

Must be able to Plan, organize, and execute innovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Must be able to develop and test prototypes to validate innovative concepts.

Must be able to lead and mentor teams, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate others.

Must have passion for innovation and a willingness to embrace new ideas and technologies.

Must possess ability to think outside the box and come up with new ideas and solutions.

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems.

Demonstrate high standard of organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Strong knowledge in Switching & Routing technologies: Cisco centric LAN, WAN and WLAN environment. This includes Switches, routers, wireless & ISE.

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per annum
