Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for office meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and standard office equipment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
