Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth operational flow within our office. As a Receptionist, you will showcase your excellent communication skills and professionalism while managing incoming calls, greeting guests, and handling various administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for office meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the reception area and office supplies.
  • Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor with a service-oriented attitude.
