The Role
The Salesforce Administrator will report to our System Analyst – who is responsible to drive the performance of our Salesforce environment – and work closely with our Revenue Operations team. The Salesforce Administrator will support our System Analyst to enhance and optimize our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and automation.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Salesforce Administration & Maintenance
Create and maintain user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
Maintain system integrity and performance, collaborate with our Sales Operations team to ensure data accuracy
Perform regular audits, backups, and updates to ensure system efficiency
Process Optimization & Automation
Develop and optimize Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and automation
Support sales, marketing, and customer success teams by improving lead routing, opportunity management, and reporting capabilities
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality
Data Management & Reporting
Ensure data cleanliness and integrity through deduplication, enrichment, and validation processes
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business units
Assist in data migrations, integrations, and updates
User Support & Training
Serve as a key point of contact for Salesforce-related issues and troubleshooting
Develop training and documentation for end-users to enhance system adoption and proficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business needs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Lead Systems Analyst, RevOps, SalesOps, IT, Marketing, Product and Finance teams to ensure Salesforce aligns with company goals
Assist with Salesforce integrations with third-party applications
Participate in the development and execution of Salesforce roadmap initiatives
Your Experience and Qualifications
Experience & Technical Skills
2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a fast-paced environment
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Process Builder, custom objects, and permission sets
Strong data management skills, including proficiency with Data Loader and data import/export tools
Basic understanding of Apex, Lightning components, and third-party integrations is a plus
