  • Base range: 70,000 - 90,000 Php per Month 
  • Full-time remote
  • Day shift, Sydney, Australian Time zone

Essential Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Webflow development experience + portfolio
  • Solid HTML, CSS, CMS Collections, and responsive design knowledge
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

🚀 About the Role

Freedom Property Investors is on the hunt for a Webflow Developer who is not just technically sharp but also has a keen eye for design and the leadership skills to manage projects from start to finish. If you're based in the Philippines and want to work remotely with a results-driven, creative team, you might be the one. As our Webflow Developer, you'll be instrumental in bringing our digital vision to life

 
💻 What You’ll Do:
  • Build responsive, high-converting websites using Webflow

  • Translate Figma mockups into pixel-perfect builds

  • Manage entire project lifecycles—scoping, timelines, QA, and delivery

  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders

  • Implement SEO, performance optimisation, and responsive best practices

  • Track site performance (SEO, user engagement, conversions) using GA, Hotjar, Webflow reports, etc.

  • Create dashboards and reports to guide data-driven decisions

  • Maintain and enhance existing Webflow projects

 
What You Bring
  • Familiarity with GA, Search Console, SEO tools

  • Bonus: JavaScript, animations, integrations (Zapier, Make, HubSpot)

  • Strong project management, time management, and communication skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and clean design standards

  • Bonus: UTM setup, funnel analytics, A/B testing experience
